Refund Policy

  • Westcoastanimations will provide a 100% refund under the following conditions:
    • If the project has not been initiated within 5 days of purchase
      • This policy will be voided at any point in time, irrespective of the situation.
    • If the initial concept has been shared and a refund request is made:
      • The refund will be prorated, deducting the processing fee and production cost incurred.
  • Refunds will be void under the following circumstances:
    • Requests for revisions in design
    • Client unresponsiveness for more than 5 days
    • Availed of a discounted or promotional offer
    • Urgent project completion requirement
    • Filing a dispute
    • Outsourcing the project to a third party
    • Issues unrelated to the company and project
    • Disagreement with business partner, change of mind, or hiring another company for the same project.
  • References (Videos, Animations, Illustrations, & Links, etc.) should be shared and agreed upon at the time of signup or beginning of the project along with other details.
  • If the client receives a refund, they are not entitled to use any concept or design shared with them. If found in use, the client will be dealt with legally.
  • Duplicate payments will be 100% refunded without any delays.
  • A week will be considered as 7 business days except for Saturday & Sunday or any public holiday.
  • Satisfaction guarantee applies in terms of communication and updates provided by the project manager to the client promptly.
  • The client will pay an additional amount if the scope of work changes during the process.
  • Additional payment is required if the agreed duration exceeds.
  • Additional payment is required if the references shared later are different from the original scope of work.
  • The project timeline may vary if the client asks for changes or revisions.
  • Refunds/partial refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days if applicable.
  • Refunds/partial refunds will be void if the client files/claims a dispute during the processing time shall be 7-10 business days.
  • Voiceover is done by independent VO artists and will be paid by the client if not included in the package.

The aforementioned policy will apply to every project by Westcoast Animations.

Content Liability

  • We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website.
  • You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Website.
  • No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as:
    • Libelous
    • Obscene
    • Criminal
    • Infringing, otherwise violating, or advocating the infringement or other violation of, any third-party rights.
